Narrow Aisle Racking
Product details
1. Narrow aisle racking is characterized by much narrower aisles than normal beam type, probably around 1600mm-2000mm, which greatly enhances the space utilization rate of the warehouse, and is preferred by many enterprise warehouses in today's soaring housing prices; narrow aisle racking needs to be equipped with specialized forklift trucks - three-way stacker trucks, which is another feature of narrow aisle racking. This is also another characteristic of narrow aisle racking. Since the aisle is relatively narrow, it has requirements on the skills of the masters who drive the forklift trucks, and the driving skills should be relatively skillful, and they should be careful and prudent in their usual work. Secondly, the narrow aisle racking has a guide rail of about 100 mm (the guide rail can be made good during construction, or it can be made with a good guard plate when the racking is installed) as a guidance system for the forklift trucks, which reduces the risk of the driver of the forklift trucks creating danger to the racking due to human factors, and the requirements for the driver of the racking trucks are lower compared to those of the drive-in racking system.
2. According to the actual use of the user: the main body of the system is a beam-type racking system, the difference lies in the bottom of the rack on the ground with the addition of “three-way stacking forklift” action guide rail. The guide rail is usually made of unequal angle steel. Material handling forklifts are limited to special “three-way stacking forklifts”. The three-way stacker trucks slide along the established guide rails.
