New Energy Static Racking
Product details
1. Static racks are used for battery static storage and chemicalization to satisfy the capacity requirements of the static storage section and provide sufficient storage space.
2. The shelves are of modular construction, with sufficient rigidity and stability when fully loaded, and are coated with thermosetting epoxy resin (powder).
3. The overhead lifting beams are bolted to the top of the columns and increase the overall stability of the racks.
4. Horizontal crossovers, together with vertical tie bars, form a strong and stable tower-like steel structure.
5. The back crossover consists of vertical diagonal tie rods, horizontal tie rods and connectors, which are used to adjust the accuracy of the vertical orientation of the racks and increase the overall stability of the racks.
6. The level of the racks is adjusted by adjustable floor nuts. Bolts with strength greater than Grade 8.8 are used to install and fix the racks.
7. The overhead rails are connected to the overhead lifting beams by means of pressure plate screws.
8. Aluminum rails are used as floor rails (with polyurethane wheels), and the structure is adjustable with pads.
9. Each storage position is equipped with 5 fireproof panels on all sides, with siliceous rock panels above and below; each storage position is equipped with a DTS temperature sensor, 1 smoke sensor; each storage position is equipped with 1 sprinkler head, as well as water supply pipes and drainage pipes or guide water troughs; each storage position is equipped with 1 collection trough or a few storage positions are equipped with one; each vertical warehouse is equipped with a firefighting water tank: the high-temperature 24-hour aging warehouse is equipped with two sets after calcination, the two-way passageway warehouse is equipped with 1 set per passageway, the 6-hour room temperature warehouse is equipped with 1 set, and the 7-day high-temperature warehouse is equipped with 2 sets per passageway.
10. Ambient temperature detectors are located in each bay of the cell storage facility to monitor the temperature around the batteries. When an abnormal temperature is detected, the detector alarms.
11. Smoke alarms are installed in each bay of the battery storage facility to monitor the status of smoke in the bay, and when smoke is detected, the information is fed back to the dispatch system and processed by the sprinkler system. The smoke alarms have an automatic detection function that can distinguish between line faults and smoke signals.
