Jiangxi Chemical Industry Four-Way Shuttle Intelligent Intensive Warehouse
The project is located in Jiangxi High-tech Industrial Park by Guangdong Deyouxin Logistics System Equipment Co. The warehouse area of the project is up to 4,500 square meters.
Warehouse indicators for the project:
1. The height of the shelves is 5 meters and the number of layers is 3 layers.
2. The number of cargo space has 6,000, and the load bearing capacity of 1.5 tons each.
3. The software configuration used includes 1 set of warehouse management system, 1 set of warehouse control system and 1 set of RFID.
4. The highest peak value of the warehouse reaches 50 pallets per hour.
The process by the solution run
Inbound process:
1. The system automatically judges the incoming materials on the conveying line. If the goods do not pass the inspection, the system will automatically recognize the refusal of warehousing. If it meets the specifications, the goods will automatically start the warehousing work.
2. WMS will pre-assign the storage space according to the information of the inbound work order number. If it is the same work order inventory goods will be centralized and centralized storage.
3. In the process of warehousing, the goods are automatically completed through the cooperation of chain conveyor line, elevator, four-way shuttle car and other equipment.
4. WMS will confirm the goods are in stock and mark the stock position information, and finally refresh the stock position marking information.
Outbound process:
1. WMS will issue outbound stock instruction, the system automatically recognizes this stock automatically recognizes the work instruction of this stock area. When WCS receives the work order, the outbound work starts.
2. The system can automatically determine the best delivery route to efficiently deliver the goods to the shipping gate.
Failure of the four-way shuttle during operation and the emergency solution plan:
1. When detecting obstacles, the four-way shuttle will stop running and issue an alarm.
2. When there is a fault abnormality, the system will immediately locate the fault location for easy troubleshooting.
3. When a fault occurs, it will automatically block the current position without affecting the operation of other four-way shuttles.
4. When there is a fault, the remote control can be operated manually and precisely to restart or return the system.
5. Assisted by the normal working state of the four-way shuttle, the faulty four-way vehicle will be towed to the designated maintenance point.
