Shenzhen Electronic Equipment Sub-Mother Shuttle Car Intelligent Warehouse

The project is located in Shenzhen and was built by Guangdong Deyouxin Logistics System Equipment Co. The project has a warehouse area of up to 5,000 square meters and is mainly used for the storage of electronic equipment.

 

Project warehouse indicators


1. Racking height is 9 meters and the number of levels is 3, at the same time, the net height of each level is 2 meters.
2. The number of cargo space is up to 8500 pallets, and each pallet weighs 1.5 tons.
3. The equipment configuration used includes 4 hoists, 6 mother trucks and 6 daughter trucks.
4. The highest peak value of inbound storage can reach 50 trays per hour, and the highest peak value of outbound storage is up to 96 trays per hour.
5. The warehouse is equipped with a fully automated packing line, the equipment involved includes 1 set of guiding system, 1 set of automatic horizontal tape beater, 2 sets of automatic top-beating and sword-beating tape beater, 1 set of automatic top-film covering machine, 1 set of automatic high-speed double-rotary film-wrapping machine, 1 set of RFID checking system, and 1 set of automatic weighing and height measuring system.
6. The equipped software includes WMS, WCS and MES.
7. The load capacity of the hoist can reach 2 tons, and the lifting speed is 0.6-1 meters per second.
8. The traveling speed of the mother car used is 2.5 meters per second, and the traveling speed of the child car is 1.2 meters per second.

 

 

The process by the solution run


Inbound process:


1. Warehouse workers scan the goods into the warehouse and enter the goods information into the MES of Gongjin. the MES issues a command to start the warehousing process, and the forklift trucks move the goods to the fully automated packing line, and the pallets are automatically corrected by the fully automated horizontal banding machine. The forklift transports the goods to the fully automated packing line, where the pallets are automatically corrected, the goods are packed by the fully automated horizontal banding machine, as well as the fully automated top-film covering machine and the high-speed double-rotation film wrapping machine.
2. After completing the packing process the RFID verification and weighing system automatically judges the warehousing situation. If the appearance of the goods does not pass the inspection, the system will automatically recognize the refusal of warehousing. If it meets the specifications, the goods will automatically start the work of warehousing. Compliant goods are automatically warehoused, read by WCS, WMS warehouse information, and scheduling shuttle car, mother car, elevator and conveyor line to transport the goods to the designated area.

 

Outbound process:


1. MES places an order, WMS receives the order synchronously, automatically sorts the tasks and sends them to WCS.
2. WCS automatically sends data, scheduling shuttle car and mother car, elevator, conveyor line operation.
RFID system automatically verifies the outgoing goods. After passing the calibration, it will be labeled out of the warehouse directly. If unqualified, labeling back to the warehouse.
3. The goods are transported to the shipping gate by RFID pallet sorting system. Finally, workers use forklifts to move the goods out of the warehouse, ending the outbound process.

 

Emergency plan for the use of the sub-shuttle


1. Automatic rescue of the child vehicle.
2. Automatic rescue of the mother car.
3. Automatic emergency stop of the child-mother shuttle.
4. Anti-collision protection of the child and mother car.
5. The sub-mother car can realize mutual deployment, in order to avoid equipment failure when the rapid response to the task of access to the warehouse.
