Design Key Points:

1. The main body of the warehouse abandons the traditional steel structure warehouse design, and directly adopts the shelves as the main structure.
2. 3 circles of wind-resistant columns outside the warehouse adopt “double-hug column” structure to do the foundation pre-embedded parts of the foundation, which can resist 14 typhoons.
3. The height of internal racking is 24 meters, high-density storage, and the racking columns adopt the upper and lower grafting docking method, which has better rigidity and strength.
4. The warehouse area is 750 square meters, achieving 3,000 storage locations.
5. The warehouse as a whole uses intelligent four-way shuttle to realize unmanned and automated warehouse operation.

Solution Advantages：

1. Reduced cost. Since shelves are used as the structural body to build the warehouse, the construction cost is greatly cut down, and the cost performance is extremely high.
2. Increased storage space. Even though the warehouse area is limited, the storage location has been maximized.
3. Reduce labor costs. The warehouse adopts unmanned and intelligent management, reducing labor input.
4. Improve warehouse operation efficiency. By combining the use of intelligent equipment, the warehouse can operate 24 hours a day.

Solution Implementation Notes:

1. Complicated construction procedures. Because of the abandonment of the traditional steel structure warehouse construction method, the solution in the land construction procedures are more complicated.
