This project is constructed by Guangdong Deyouxin Logistics System Equipment Co., Ltd. for storing, receiving and dispatching of vehicle-mounted refrigerators, in order to solve the objectives of highly intensive storage of finished products, access automation, and all-around optimization of accounts and quality.

 

Warehouse indicators for the project


1. 3 hoists to be used.
2. Two access ports.
3. 10 sets of four-way shuttle cars are needed
4. Racking height needs to reach 7530mm.
5. Safe load capacity required to reach 800kg per pallet.
6. The provided storage cargo space is more than 3300.
7. Logistics efficiency will be increased to 131 pallets per hour.
8. The software configuration used includes a warehouse management system and a warehouse control system.

 

The process by the solution run


Inbound process:


1. Finished refrigerators are placed on the pallet for grouping and warehousing, while the warehouse workers will scan the barcode on the goods and upload the information of the goods to the system.
2. goods through the forklift into the warehouse, the system through the issuance of storage instructions on the conveyor line to carry out reasonable scheduling and linkage lifts will be put into the goods transported to the storage port. At the same time, the four-way shuttle car will receive the system issued by the warehouse to receive the goods after the instruction will be carried from the entrance to the designated location of the goods storage. At the same time in the completion of the task, the system will update the location of the goods in a timely manner.

 

Outbound process:


1. When the system receives the order notification, it will issue the outbound instruction, and the four-way shuttle will transport the goods to the outbound elevator port according to the outbound instruction.
2. After the goods are transported to the outbound port through the elevator, the workers will use the forklift to transfer the goods to the staging area quickly. While completing the task, the system will update the latest status and location of the goods.

 

Solution Advantages:


1. The project is mainly operated through four-way shuttles, which have a higher storage capacity of goods compared to stacker cranes, lower cost of construction, as well as a higher operational efficiency of intelligent equipment.
2. Unmanned operation is realized inside the entire warehouse to significantly reduce labor costs.
