The project was built by Guangdong Deyouxin Logistics System Equipment Co. The project covers an area of 82 acres and a warehouse area of 54,000 square meters. Meanwhile, the project is committed to helping enterprises to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse and operational efficiency.
Warehouse indicators of the project
1. The storage capacity of the warehouse is up to 500,000 pieces.
2. The warehouse is equipped with an intelligent sorting center with a sorting speed of up to 600 pieces per hour.
3. The average daily throughput of the warehouse is 60,000 pieces.
4. The warehouse is equipped with 10 sets of forklifts.
5.Warehouse supporting double-station RGV trolley, speed can reach 300 meters per minute.
6. 8 aisles and 8 stacker cranes are equipped inside the warehouse, of which the driving speed of the stacker cranes is up to 200 meters per minute and the load capacity is 1 ton per pallet.
7. The height of the rack can reach 22 meters.
9. The software configuration used includes warehouse management system and warehouse control system.
The process by the solution run
Inbound process:
1. Before the goods are put into storage, the warehouse workers label the goods in the pallet and bind the product information and the pallet with data. After that, the warehouse workers will use forklifts to move the goods to the conveyor line to start the warehousing work. The inbound conveyor automatically scans, weighs and inspects the inbound pallets.
2. After completing the inspection, the RGV car transports the goods to the designated inbound conveyor according to the instructions issued by the warehouse management system. The warehouse management system will send the inbound task to the warehouse control system to transfer the instruction. At the same time, the stacker cranes automatically place the goods in the designated area according to the inbound information.
Outbound process:
1. After the WMS receives the outbound instruction, the stacker cranes will carry out the outbound work. The stacker cranes will automatically take out the required goods from the corresponding warehouse position to the outbound conveyor according to the outbound information.
2. RGV trolley is responsible for docking the conveyor to transport the goods out of the outbound warehouse. At the same time, warehouse workers will use forklifts to move the goods out of the warehouse.
3. If the products need to be sorted and processed, the goods will be taken out of the warehouse from the second floor and conveyed to the designated area for goods sorting, and the remaining goods will be returned to the warehouse position.
